Kevin Davies of Cinderford in Gloucestershire died in 2006
after being held in captivity in a garden shed and treated in
the most inhumane way. His captors were found guilty of false
imprisonment and assault occasioning actual bodily harm and
received a ten year sentence each. Yesterday, Gloucestershire
Coroner Alan Crickmore recorded a verdict of unlawful killing
on Kevin. Gloucestershire Police have said there will be no new
investigation. We urge the government to intervene in this
matter and see to it that David Lehane, Amanda Baggus and Scott
Andrews are retried so that justice can prevail.
Have you signed the petition for Kevin Davies?
I hadn't heard about this case until I read this. I spent some time reading up on it and had no hesitation in signing the petition.
It's a sad fact that a petition needs to be raised to force the judicial system to do what the judicial system is there for. To this end I urge anyone else that reads this to sign the petition and maybe, just maybe we'll see a punishment that fits the crime.
Reply:i have now thanx
Reply:Yes, I have signed the petition and hope and pray lots of others do too.
