A huge double room to rent in a three bed homey house in Morden just minutes walk from Morden Station (Northern Line) and all bus stops to Wimbledon, Tooting, Colliers Wood. The room is furnished and has a walk in closet. You will be sharing with two South African girls, both who are clean and tidy. The house offers all mod cons – you will have your own fridge, conservatory laundry, garden with shed and off street parking. Sky and wireless broadband both connected. The room is available to both singles and couples. The rent is ￡500 for the room (couple = ￡250 each) and deposit required of ￡300 upfront (￡150 each). The gas and electricity are paid quarterly and water is paid once a year upfront. Water will be due on moving in, as it has just been paid for (￡118 for the room = ￡59 each). Bills come to roughly ￡100 - ￡150 per month (Council - ￡26 / ￡30 pppm ; Sky and Broadband - ￡15 / ￡25 pppm ; Telephone – depends on how much you use it, the bill is itemized).
