General Psychology:learning from experience?

Recently a local newspaper carried an extensive report on three fires that had been set in garden sheds. During the week after the report was in the paper, 17 more garden shed fires were reported to the fire department.Based on what is known about learning, you should conclude that many of the copycat fires that followed the original news report were the result of the process known as:

a. classical conditioning

b. operant conditioning

c. vicarious observation

d. observational learning Learning

General Psychology:learning from experience?
C - vicarious observation. The copycats weren't actually present at the setting fire of the gardensheds. So they didn't directly observe it. But through the newspaper stories they experienced vicarious observation.
