Dose anyone know what i can do?

we bought a house and got the keys today but only to find they have left a car on the garden property which has no tax and also one of the sheds that were left is completley full of rubbish and shes left cabinets and boxes in the cupboards! any advice what to do

Dose anyone know what i can do?
Speak with your solicitor and tell them it is unacceptable. If necessary negotiate to have all the rubbish removed and charge them for it. Shame on them - as if removing house isn't stressful enough as it is.
Reply:it all belongs to you .you can keep what you can use (is there stuff in the attic)

get in touch with soliciter and get them to get the cost of removing the car and rubbish from previouse owner.
Reply:technically you own it.

smart move would to call previous owner and nicely inform them they have 30 days to remove the stuff. Do follow up with a certified signed for letter that states the same. After 31 days from receipt of letter, start selling stuff off. you will be amazed on what some of the stuff may bring. list all the stuff u can so if u give to charity u can get tax break.

we have had some great finds.
Reply:Ring the council.
Reply:contact ur solicitor.

Good luck.

ps should be able to get the car towed away for free.
Reply:If this means you don't have room for any of your stuff, then turf hers outside and move yours in. Contact your solicitor ASAP and get them to advise the other side to shift their belongings within 24 hours. This is not acceptable.
Reply:in legal terms they have broken the terms of your purchase and they still own the rubbish and it is their responsibility to move it, council should move the car for you if youdont want to wait that long

good luck
