A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

"believers" can imply religious and spiritual people of ALL religions. It's not a term just for Christians. Calling ONLY Christians "believers" is disrespectful.

I believe in the one true supreme God whose love is promised to everyone and shown to us by the life of Jesus. God is not a man but the Great, Eternal Spirit - creator of all things. He is all knowing, all powerful and absolutely sovereign. His will overrides our so-called “free-will”. Nothing whatsoever occurs in all creation without His knowledge or consent. He runs His creation in His own way, for His own reasons (and for our own good). We are not entitled to understand it all. He created us for His own good pleasure, and He owes us nothing.







JESUS



I believe Yeshua ha Mashiach (Jesus the Christ) is the first-born and unique Son of God. He existed with God from ages past and came to dwell in a human body 2,000 years ago in Israel. His purpose was to reveal to all what God was like, to reconcile the world back to God, to fulfill, then do away with the Old Mosaic Covenant, and establish the everlasting New Covenant Kingdom. His mission was accomplished and he now dwells with God in the Eternal Realm. We should be extremely grateful to him for the gift of salvation that he acquired for us and he deserves our highest honor.







THE BIBLE



I believe that the Bible contains revelations from God. It is very useful for spiritual understanding and practical advice. However, the scriptures no longer exist in their original form. The manuscripts we have today are copies of copies of copies with many variations between them. They have been “added to” and “taken away from”. They have been mis-translated and mis-interpreted. While much of the Bible can apply to all in many ways, much of it only applied to the Hebrew people who lived centuries ago. Much of it is symbolic and should not be interpreted literally. Christ himself is the Living Word - a life-giving Spirit. “…the letter kills but the Spirit gives life…” God has written His “Bible” on our hearts. We should worship the One who gave us the book, not the book itself. It is a good guide but not infallible or perfect. All of the contradictions simply cannot be explained away logically.







CHURCH



I believe that today’s Church as an institution is about “religion” and not real spirituality. It is obsolete and ineffective. It’s purpose is to use fear to manipulate people in order to get their money. It hinders people from truly serving God. It is the product of false doctrines and traditions of men founded in the Dark Ages of Roman Catholicism and Greek Orthodoxy and developed in the Protestant movements. God’s Kingdom is Life, Light, and Love. It is a spiritual invisible kingdom that cannot be contained in bricks and mortar or stained glass and steeples. Today’s religious order (the Church) is modern day, spiritual Babylon - a carbon copy of the religious system that crucified Christ. It is a multi-billion dollar business with investments in the military industrial complex. It is a fountain spewing lies and neglecting the things that really matter. However, I love all the people who are joined to it, and so does God.







THEOLOGY



I believe that the scriptures, both prophetically and redemptively, have been fulfilled in their entirety, in the person and work of Jesus Christ. This fulfillment was started by his life, death, and resurrection and consummated by his Second Coming (Parousia) and judgment upon the Old Covenant World (including the law and temple) in AD 70 when Jerusalem was destroyed. This coming was not about some “end-of-the-world” but the end of the Old Covenant and the establishment of the New Covenant Age of the Gospel of Grace - our present time. I believe that all aspects of our lives should be lived for the glory of God in the Spirit of Christ, in the love of truth and the service of humanity. But, our good works cannot earn us favor with God. Confidence in one’s own ability to believe or exercise faith, pray, confess, repent, attend meetings, or any other action is self-righteous, arrogant, and blasphemous - the equivalent to accusing Christ’s sacrifice as being “not good enough”. I believe in unconditional (Agape) love. Love covers sin. Love fulfills all law. Love is non-coersive, yet the strongest force in the universe. Love never fails. God is Love. I believe some people are “spiritually awakened” while others are not, but the ones who aren’t are not condemned to an eternal “Hell”. Jesus is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. His cross secured (past tense) salvation for all people without their permission or consent. A person cannot reject God just as they cannot reject the wind or the sun. The sun shines and the wind blows without anyone’s permission. Likewise, God is…….



And although I do not wish to disappoint my fellow universalist brethren, I do not believe that all will eventually be saved one day, I believe everyone is already saved. Sorry.







OTHER RELIGIONS



I believe all religions and belief systems, even athiesm and demon worship, exist with the knowledge and consent of God. Eventually, however, all of this will pass away and only truth and love will remain. The ultimate result will be that all people will live together in peace and harmony with God and each other forever.
