Why won't my wife put the shed key back where she found it?

I have the day off so my plan was to mow the garden and plant some flowers, however my wife put some seed packets in the shed yesterday. Now i need to go into the shed the key isn't in the pot where it normally lives.

why can't she put the bloody thing back it's probably on that etherial side that women put everything.

"wheres the key ?"

"its on the side"

"wheres the milk ?"

"its on the side"

Etc...

Why won't my wife put the shed key back where she found it?
You've hit upon something that drives me absolutely batshit about some women and my wife in particular. Yes, things have a place where they live as you say, tools and keys especially, and yes, that's where they should be put back and yes, certain women seem incapable of figuring that out and adhering to it.

I think it might be because women are fantastic at finding things. I can't find things even when they are under my nose so my wife has to do it. I think she puts things where they should NOT be in order to be useful in finding them.

I'm going to have to stop and think about something else now, since this topic is not good for my blood pressure. I must just say, though, that if women's t*ts were moveable they'd put them someplace ridiculous where men wouldn't be able to find them, which would just jolly well serve them right.

Edit: I'm housetrained it seems, unlike many of the men being mentioned here, since I clean toilets in the home as well as leave them tidy - always - and I put on washing and I iron and I hoover and I tidy. Why wouldn't I, since my wife works too? Time to talk it over with your bloke if he ain't doing the job. Yes my cookings improving too.

Hey, if I was any good in bed I'd be perfect, come to think of it.
Reply:Why do men never put their washing in the laundry basket, why do they leave the toilet seat up, why do they leave their bath towels wet on the floor, why do they seem incapable of making a bed, why do they think that as long as the room they are sat in is tidy, it means the housework has been done.......... need I go on, cos believe me I could ha ha ha !!!!
Reply:" the best laid plans of mice and men " unscrew the door on the shed , if possible , get a key cut as a matter of urgency , pull the fuse on the hoover and the kettle . hahahahahaha !. lock the house from the inside , climb out of a window and go out shopping when she is due home . hahahahahahaha !
Reply:Yes-make a copy of the key and stick it under a rock next to the shed. Or place it on top of the trim board right above where your standing to open the door.
Reply:Well, I am sure you are not perfect either. Perhaps she had a lot of things on her mind. In fact, if you were perfect, you would not be criticising her publicly. Have you truly never ever lost 'anything'? Shame on you.
Reply:oops I'm one of them on the side women, i think you have more problems to worry about than the key.

Reply:My husband said just get the drill out and drill out the key way...I say leave it open and forget about a key.
