Is my cat happy after being moved?

I moved from a large house with garden to a small 1st floor flat. My she cat is now wary of going outside, and has put on a lot of weight which she is struggling to shed through lack of excercise. She is alone all day because I work, is there anything I can do do cheeer her up and increase her confidence so that she can go outside and get some excercise?

Basically cats dont like being moved.1.u can step by step reduce the meals(i didnt mean to stop).u can prefer porridge.

2.u can buy him a bright coloured ball 3.i didnt joke but take her to walks atleast at evening.once he become familiar cats will never change their habits.moreover as for as cats are concerned"putting on weight is harmful".
Reply:I don't know how much it would help, but maybe you could build her a big old cat condo to climb around on. That would give her some exercise, and let her feel like she had some personal territory.
Reply:She shouldn't go outside for any reason unless she's on a lease. ( if you want her to live a long life) My friend let her cat go outside for years and one day, he got hit by a car and died! They don't know the dangers out there! Get her a condo, to play on, or get her another cat and they can keep each other company. she will adjust in time. Good Luck!
Reply:As Robert from everybody loves Raymond would say " NO "
Reply:Don't force your cat to go out side. She obviously doesn't feel comfortable at the new place yet.

You can buy mechanical toys at a pet store that will keep her entertained while you are at work and also give her the exercise she needs. She is safer inside anyway. When she is ready she will go out. In the meantime, go buy her some new toys, that should cheer her up!
Reply:give ur cat so time to get use to her new home .she will go out when she is ready.I just moved into a new place to and i have a cat that never went out at the old house ,but now he goes out all the time.
