My partner is?

very angry and upset with me.she just found out that i had put out this question on here.i have to appolergise for she is a very hard working person herself.while im on here answering your questions she is busy in the garden sorting out three sheds full of brickabrack and weeding.i think she is going to lock me in one very shortly.ha ha.i love her very much.my question is,wish we had met along time ago.

You probably wouldn't, and likewise, she probably wouldn't find another "you", either. The great thing about this site, is that you can vent your frustrations and anger out, and get another person's views on the subject, but, beware, sometimes the answers may not be quite what you had hoped they may be!



Along with your previous question, I still remain of the same view - a partnership is just that - a partnership - you both pull your weight and help each other out - she goes out to work, you do likewise in the home during that time, but in her "free time" or days off, it shouldn't be down to one person still doing everything whilst the other does nothing - the unemployed person, or stay-at-home person, is still entitled to time off also! One person does NOT have to work 7 days a week whilst the other may only work 5 or 6!



And, get off your butt, go and help her clear out the sheds. She can't "nag" you then; the job will get done in half the time; who knows what you may uncover in there that you had forgotten about, and then, when the job is done, suggest that you BOTH do something that you BOTH enjoy and is NOT a chore of any description, i.e. Is there a nice local pub with a garden that you can take a leisurely walk to with the dog, sit and have a couple of glasses of wine or beer. Or, if you can't take the dog, still have a nice walk there and have a pub lunch or something, these days many pubs, expecially Weatherspoons ones, do a Sunday lunch that includes a beer or glass of wine with it, for about ￡5 per person. That wouldn't exactly break the bank, would it?
